What is GAF Timberline Golden Harvest?
Where Golden Harvest came from
GAF launched Timberline American Harvest as a designer-style color collection with seven colors inspired by the American heartland: Golden Harvest, Nantucket Morning, Appalachian Sky, Brandywine Dusk, Saddlewood Ranch, Adobe Sunset and Cedar Falls. The colors blended contrasting tones to complement popular home exterior schemes.
Can you still get it?
In a 2026 article, GAF described American Harvest and its Harvest Blend colors as previous collections and introduced Bold Definition as the next generation of high-contrast Timberline HDZ colors. Some supply may remain in certain markets, so ask a GAF contractor or distributor before counting on it.
If you need to match an existing Golden Harvest roof
- Check the garage or attic for leftover bundles from the original install; they are the best match for small repairs.
- Even a perfect color match will look newer than weathered shingles at first.
- If storm damage covers part of the roof and the color cannot be found, matching becomes a real question in the insurance claim. Document the product name and color.
