How it differs from HDZ Charcoal
UHDZ adds a second shadow line and a thicker profile, so each course casts more shadow. On a dark color that extra depth is subtle up close but noticeable from the street, where the roof looks more like heavy shakes than a flat dark plane. If you are replacing part of a roof, do not mix the two; the profiles look different.
